RETURNS

We allow returns on all items, aside from face masks, custom designs, sale items, swatch cards, and rush production fees. To initiate a return, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and send your item(s) back within 14 days. All returned items must be in their original condition, with the original labels still attached. All returned veils are subject to a $15 re-stocking fee.
